Churchill County is gearing up for a new emergence of entertainment, as The Rafter 3C Arena has several performances and events lined up starting June 1-19.

This has been a goal for the county for years as it has the potential to become a major source of revenue, a venue for advertising, and brings about economic and social benefits to the community. The county is looking forward to welcoming more livestock shows, auto and equipment shows, and concerts.

Rafter 3C Arena is jam-packed with June events upon opening

Churchill County Manager Jim Barbee welcomes this latest state-of-the-art Complex to Fallon opening its doors June 1, 2022.

“We’re proud of the work and effort we put into this, all of us from all ends,” he said. “After years of planning this, to see it finally open up is going to be gratifying.”

The most anticipated event during opening month is the premiere of Battle Born Broncs, Nevada’s newest rodeo championship on Wednesday, June 15. The affair will kick off Tuesday, June 14, with Roughstock Rodeo Camp, an all-day activity for children 7 and up to learn the fundamentals of rodeo.
